Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a work-based intervention program designed to enhance the emotional, mental and general psychological wellbeing of all employees. Through the EAP program staff are connected with a psychologist to explore a range of issues, both personal and work related, that may impact on work performance, well-being, morale and psychological health. These issues may include, but are not limited to, poor work performance, co-worker relationships, bullying and harassment, conflict and anger management, workplace change, and workplace stress. Other issues may include: substance abuse, financial problems, and depression and anxiety disorders.

Shawn Goldberg and Associates offer therapy services as part of the EAP program.  Employers seeking to connect their staff with Shawn Goldberg and Associates are encouraged to call and discuss their workplace needs.
